Customer:

Multi-national internet search company.

Need:

To train and motivate 100-200 up and coming strategic managers on leadership and organizational communication.

What we did:

SNP worked with senior leaders to determine the skills needed for these young managers. A series of courses was developed and an overall curriculum established for roll out during a 6 month period. One-on-one bi-monthly coaching sessions supplemented the classes. Individual and class skill development included leadership presence, interaction with senior management and direct reports, self management and organizational styles. The result is an institutionally recognized management development process that continues to this day.
