Job Description:

The Account Director is responsible for the development, management, and delivery of all SNP products and services – with a concentration in broadcast services, including talk radio, webevents, and podcasts. Focus is placed on individual accountability, customer service, and professionalism.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:

  • Interviewing for content and clarity
  • Writing (scripts, newsletters, articles, etc.)
  • Developing/writing presentations
  • Directing/managing events
  • Co-instructing presentation skills training classes
  • Interacting with high level corporate leaders
  • Overall management of projects/accounts

Skills/Requirements:

  • Journalistic background and/or ability
  • Strong oral and written communications skills (writing, dialogue and listening)
  • Customer relationship management
  • Professional attitude
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects
  • Ability to generate ideas, think creatively, and grasp new concepts easily
  • Able to work both independently and as a team member
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Solution oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Technological background and/or interest a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Education: Bachelors degree or higher
