Management Coaches

Immediate need for coaches in Ann Arbor, Boulder, Chicago, Washington, D.C. and Toronto as well as Beijing- China; Dublin- Ireland; Bangalore, Hyderabad and Guragon (India), Tel Aviv (Israel) and Zurich- Switzerland

Position Description:

Management coaches are independent consultants  responsible for
facilitating 1:1 coaching sessions with emerging leaders.

Focus is placed on ability to deliver top-notch, practical, skill-based coaching designed to meet client demands and objectives, professionalism and overall ability to maintain long-term, positive relationships with our clients.

Skills/Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years experience in a corporate or coaching environment
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
3. Pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
4. Comfortable in a dynamic business environment
5. Warm, high-energy client relationship management skills
6. Strong organizational skills
7. Ability to generate ideas, think critically and creatively and grasp new concepts easily
8. Proven ability to handle multiple projects
9. Able to work both independently and as a team member
10. SNP has a coaching philosophy and ask that our coaches learn and adhere to it to ensure consistency and keep the trust of our clients
11.  Advanced degrees (e.g., PhD, JD, MBA), coaching certificate a plus
12. Required Education: Bachelors degree or higher
