Sales Representative

Job Description:

The Sales Representative role is a combination of face-to-face sales and sales support. The salesperson is resposible for supporting the existing sales staff, generating new sales, and acquiring an in-depth knowledge of SNP's unique products and services. The position features extensive training - you'll learn how to develop succesful relationships, integrate into a successful sales team, and how to creatively develop new strategies for new products and services.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating sales proposals
  • Creating presentations and sales support material
  • Coordinating internal sales meetings
  • Generating meetings for senior sales reps
  • Attending those meetings with the senior reps
  • Following up with customers
  • Managing lead-generation activities
  • Delivering products and services to maximize product knowledge and truly understand customer needs

Skills/Requirements:

  • Strong oral and written communications skills (writing, dialogue and listening)
  • Go-getter attitude - drive for new solutions and ideas
  • Professional attitude
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects
  • Ability to generate ideas, think creatively, and grasp new concepts easily
  • Willingness and aptitude for learning complex products

  • Technological background and/or interest a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Education: Bachelors degree or higher
