Job Description:
The Producer works within SNP Media Services supporting SNP Account Directors and our customers. The Producer manages the logistics of audio/visual/web services and helps deliver those services in the quality and timeframe expected by our customers. These services include talk radio, webevents, podcasts, PowerPoint, flash, web creation, and other associated services. Focus is placed on individual accountability, customer service, and professionalism.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include
- Coordinating productions with Account Directors
- Maintaining production schedules and keeping Account Directors informed of progress
- Working with audio/video/flash/web creators to insure quality and timely production
- Reviewing completed projects for quality and accuracy before being released
- Assisting with the logistics of production delivery
- Some minimal script writing
- Some customer contact to clarify production requirements and expectations

- Strong oral and written communications skills (writing, dialogue and listening)
- Customer relationship management
- Professional attitude
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects
- Ability to generate ideas, think creatively, and grasp new concepts easily
- Able to work both independently and as a team member
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Solution oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Technological background and/or interest a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Education; Bachelors degree or higher
