360 Performance Review
Perception is the essence of success in business. SNP’s 360 Performance Review concept uses an unbiased third-party analysis to help determine possible communication obstacles within an organization and creates a plan to turn those deficits into valued skills.
A 360 Performance Review evaluates how a manager is perceived by supervisors, direct reports, peers, and cross-functional staff by conducting interviews with 10-15 people from these groups. SNP then analyzes the feedback and designs a strategy to address any issues uncovered in the process.
