SNP Offers Free Headliners
December 5, 2008
SAN FRANCISCO - SNP Communications announces it’s offering free communication services to its customers.
“We survived the tech bubble because of our great customer relationships. We know how important consistent communication is during times like these. So we’re glad we can return the favor now,” said Maureen Taylor, President of SNP Communications.
The current economic environment is impacting everyone. That’s why SNP is offering free Headliners to their customers during December and January. An SNP Headliner is a short audio (2 minutes) message from a corporate leader to their stakeholders delivered via the web or handheld device.
“Now is the time to talk to your employees, customers, partners and investors. A weekly executive message giving tactical direction is a must have for companies determined to win and take market share in these tough economic times,” Maureen went on to explain.
Giving away free service is not the norm in a troubled economy where everyone is maximizing profitability thru cost cutting. But as Maureen puts it “We feel this is a unique opportunity to give what our customers need most. Consistent communications gives employees and customers the confidence they need to be successful, which is more important than ever during these times. Because we believe so strongly in this we are offering this free to our customers.”
