Communication Plan and Execution
Customer: Sales force within a multinational high tech company.
Need: To consistently and effectively communicate to a worldwide sales force of more than 2500.
What we did: SNP developed a three prong approach to include a monthly TalkRadio program, weekly two minute Headliners/Sales Stories, and quarterly webevents. All of these tools were produced using the journalistic method with pre-interviewing and developed script guides. Under our direction, the sales leaders served as “hosts” ensuring the sales force heard directly from their leaders. Each of these communication vehicles were created for immediate and archived distribution via RSS feeds, web posts, voicemail and email. The result is an ongoing conversation between the sales force and their leaders.
