Customer: Small start up social media company.
Need: The founders needed to develop the skills of their young management team.
What we did: SNP worked closely with the founders and their senior management team to customize a one-day training class to include modules on dialogue, presentation and management skills. Their team of 12-15 managers came to SNP’s San Francisco training facility. The full day class began by defining their expectations and assessing their current level of expertise. Through the day, the class completed a series of change behavior exercises including dialogue, presentation and content development skills. With two instructors, peer review and the use of video recording, these managers developed a number of skills that led to professional improvement and success for their start up business.
