Need:

Sales leadership needed to up level their senior team's communication skills.

What we did:

SNP worked closely with the senior sales team to uncover their true needs in the field. Working closely with these leaders, we developed a customized one-day leadership training class that incorporated a series of modules to give sales leaders and their teams' immediate opportunities to learn and apply their learning. This class was then rolled out worldwide over a three month period to more than 300 senior sales managers. The result was a fundamental change in the way their sales organization was managed and motivated for growth and customer engagement. Additional ongoing classes and coaching sessions continue to drive these skills home for the entire sales organization.
