1:1 Coaching


We have a point of view. A point of view rooted in 30 years of experience working with global leaders. If we don’t tell you, who will? (no one). We are the person you want in your corner. The one who lets you know when you have spinach in your teeth. The one who suggests that your presentation doesn’t make sense. The one who tells you you’re being a jerk. And we’ll work through recommendations to fix whatever it is that is getting in your way. We’ll give you the honesty that you deserve.

But you have to do the hard work. Be the first to acknowledge when things didn’t go well. Be candid about your challenges. Come with potential solutions. Be willing to put things into practice, try a new approach, communicate in a new way, and lead in a new way.

The Process​

You’ll often have two SNP team members involved in your coaching experience: one who will set up, coordinate, and manage your coaching package. The second – most importantly: your coach. And we don’t have an algorithm to match you with the right coach. We go – as they say – old school. We’ll get to know you, in your own voice, and then introduce you to the right SNP coach from our elite coaching community. After the introduction, your first, 30-minute introductory session is on us. Get to know your coach. Share more about yourself, and maybe even coordinate calendars to get your sessions scheduled. Then: you get to work.

Steps 1-4 can happen within one week, or one month. It’s based on your schedule, your priorities, and when you want to get to work.


  • Practical, use-them-now skills that help you get people to listen, pay attention, and take action.
  • Solve the problems you have right now, today and build the strategy that ensures you can anticipate them before they become problems of the future.
  • Develop your career plan. Short term. Long term. Near term.
  • Partner with a company, not just a coach, which allows for scale and growth over time. There is no ego at SNP. If your coach isn’t a match, or if you want a new coaching style, your coach – and SNP – will help you find your next coach.

GMU Live

Hyatt tapped SNP to create a video promoting GMU Live — the onsite portion of General Manager University onboarding program. SNP traveled to Chicago for the shoot to coach the speakers on camera and capture compelling b-roll that highlighted the new general managers’ emotional, and educational journey into Hyatt.

Hyatt Glasswing Overview

SNP produced an internal marketing video to help raise awareness and adoption of Hyatt’s new Glasswing application, which tracks real-time financial data, KPIs, and other core metrics for owners and operators. From conducting the interviews, to coaching the speakers on camera and editing the video, SNP owned the content creation at each step of production.

Back in 2013, Asana was still a young company and some of their managers were experiencing leadership roles for the first time. So they needed to learn how to be, well, leaders. Like how to be more influential, directive, confident, and how to deal with conflict. Because if they could flourish then Asana could start to scale even faster (and without so many growing pains).

Enter SNP.

We started with just one 1:1 coaching relationship. But the good word spread fast. Soon enough more people from Asana’s management team were seeking our unique third party perspective, skill-based approach, and communications expertise to build their personal brand, strengthen their careers, and achieve more. (And did we mention the coaching program was a perk that attracted new talent? We didn’t? Well…) Eight years later and Asana is still scaling. And we’re still by their side helping them do it.
